Hello, 365 team! A packed newsletter this month covering the events of both April and May with some key dates for you in the near future.

Quiz night

The Abby's Heroes quiz night is taking place on Friday 13th May at the Ageas bowl 7-11pm £10pp.

We currently have over 40 of you attending from the gym which is fantastic! Please keep spreading the word and contact James for more information.

Leg wax

Kev and James had their legs waxed in April here's some snap shots of the night. They raised a fantastic £577.50 on the night. If you would like to donate please follow the link below.


James and Ed have both been busy recently taking part in their own fitness challenges. James completed the Southampton half Marathon (Shout out to Matt Cole for also finishing in an impressive 1hour45) and Ed completed his first Triathlon this past weekend. If events like this interest you then please have a chat with us. We can assist you with finding the right event and we can help you with a training plan.

Social Walk Sunday 19th June 9:00

Member's of the Month

The Gibson's.

Emma and James have been training with us for the past couple of years and recently they have been making fantastic strides with their fitness goals. James is mixing our weights classes with peloton spin workouts and Emma is at class 5 times a week doing a mix of classes and personal training. Special mention to James for making it to the Friday am class after some grief from James ;) Emma keep up your fantastic work its really paying off and you look fantastic! Congratulations to you both.

Welcome Matt to the team

Matt Orchard joins us this month, with his wealth of experience and knowledge we are really pleased to have him on board. Initially Matt is personal training and covering classes with him taking on some permanent classes in the future. An interesting fact for you, Matt was the first person to put James through a workout when he first started training at the age of 15!

Bank holidays

Just a reminder that we are closed on Bank holidays. The bank holidays give us a chance to recharged our batteries and allows us to give you the best version of 365Fitness possible. We urge you to remain active even when we aren't open by getting some fresh air or by completing a workout from our extensive On demand library, which you can find on your Teamup App.

We now have a range of sizes as well as more stock on all our other merch! Ask one of the team if you would like one.

Buddy referrals

Do you have any friends or family that would like to join you for a class but are afraid to take that first step alone?

Invite them to a class that you're attending and they can come along for free. Simply send us a message prior to the class so that we can make sure there is space for them to attend. If you refer a friend, let us know a we will give you £10 credit onto your account, this can be used for anything you want :D

May Feature Week

Motivational workout music! This week falls on the Three peaks challenge week, so all of the music will be looking to give the team a lift as they go into this challenge. Songs referencing mountains or walking would be greatly appreciated please.


We want to share our passion for fitness with as many of you as possible and this is why we encourage you shout about us whenever you meet with friends or post to social media. A real boost for us is with facebook and google reviews. We politely ask if you can send us a review and let others know about your experience with 365Fitness.
