We are a class focused fitness studio in the heart of Bishop's Waltham. We offer a variety of classes that are suitable for all ages and abilities. Each class is 45minutes and our timetable works on a 2 week schedule to give you variety to your workouts.

Class times are as follows:

Mon - Fri 06:00, 09:30, 18:00 plus many more including Yoga, Pilates and Barre.
