Louise and Becks were both searching for an active community to workout in and feel comfortable. Since joining 365 Fitness they have become great friends joining in classes together and enjoying the odd night out in "Winchy"

 

When you have friends with the same goals as you and are willing to push yourself further than you would by yourself, you can achieve anything.

 

Forging a community and building friendships within an active environment are a surefire way to remain consistent with your health and fitness goals.
