Dawn
Dawn has been a member at 365 for over a year and has been doing our small group personal training sessions.
Dawn is a mum to 2 children, a wife, a business owner, and so much more.
She could easily put her health at the bottom of her priority list; however, over the past 6 months, she has stepped up another notch.
She regularly trains 3x per week, she has kicked alcohol out of her diet, and as a result, she looks and feels amazing!

I'd never been to a gym before, so joining 365 has been a new and really positive experience. All the trainers are very friendly, knowledgable and helpful. It's an ideal learning environment, training in small and friendly groups. I've felt very welcome and I'm gradually gaining in strength and feeling fitter and more confident. I would thoroughly recommend.

I have been going to 365 for over a year now, something I never thought I'd say about a gym! The trainers and the other gym goers are so welcoming and inclusive, it's a really great place no matter your fitness level. The small group classes mean they are able to tailor the exercises to your level and they have been really accommodating, working around a couple of injuries I have had finding inventive ways to enable me to carry on with my fitness journey. Can't recommend it enough, try it, you won't regret it!

Jane trains so that she can be healthy. Being healthy means you have the energy and 'oomph' to achieve whatever you want. Jane is fitter, stronger and much more confident.
She has found a community of people that she can enjoy exercising with and is reaping the rewards of her efforts.

Unfortunately, ladies reading this, you've been brainwashed into thinking that the scales are the ultimate reflection of the work you put in at the gym and with your nutrition. This simply isn't true! As Tracy has learnt, building muscle and burning Fat is way more important than scale weight.
Honestly, starting a new fitness regime can be daunting, but the guys at 365 made it so welcoming! The sessions are brilliant, supportive and inclusive. The membership is more expensive than a “standard” gym membership, yes, but it is worth. every. penny. All you have to do is turn up; the classes are written for you (taking into account any injuries or changes you need specifically), and an hour later, you’re done and feeling stronger! 365 is a real community, and the support and camaraderie of not only instructors but your fellow workout pals is brilliant! I will definitely be continuing after my 6-week intro challenge!
365 isn’t an ordinary gym, it’s something so much more. It’s a group & a team, and in joining, you are part of something that cares about your improvement, however slow or in my case, clunky! This year I’ve been doing the Small Group training & unexpectedly I love it! I never expected to lift weights, I was intimidated by them & didn't know what to do with them! That has gradually changed along with changes to my body & mind, who knew that a 60+ year old with lots of creaky bits could enjoy a weight session so much. But that’s the joy of 356, they coach, encourage, support & cheer you on.
