HOW MUCH DOES IT COST?
The reason that we don't advertise pricing is because everything we offer is tailored to you! We don't have a one-size-fits-all solution and therefore cannot simply put a price tag on it. During your consultation, we will deep dive into what it is you need from us and if we can provide you with a solution we will also give you an investment price.
WHAT IF I HAVE NEVER TRAINED BEFORE/ I HAVE NEVER BEEN TO A GYM LIKE THIS BEFORE?
Do not worry, we pride ourselves on making sure every single member feels welcomed and seen. Ensuring you progress at your own pace whether that’s a seasoned lifter or someone who has never stepped foot in the gym before, we have you covered with our individualised system, ensuring each member has something challenging but realistic to work with.
WHAT IS SGPT? (SMALL GROUP PERSONAL TRAINING)
Small group personal training is a 55-minute group personal training session, designed for you to receive the best level of coaching to help you move and lift weights with confidence. It’s like 1-2-1 personal training, but way more motivating and engaging as you’re training with up to 4 other people.
WHAT AM I COMMITTING TO WHEN I SIGN UP TO THE SIX WEEK CHALLENGE?
Six weeks of training that includes up to 18 SGPT sessions and 12 large group classes. We call this a test drive as it's a no-strings experience that will help you make an informed decision about whether our gym is right for you and which membership might suit you best should you decide to carry on.
DO I NEED TO BE FIT TO START?
Nope, everything is tailored to your current level of strength and fitness. No matter what your starting point is, we'll coach you to get fitter, stronger and leaner over the course of the trial. We start with your 1:1 Evaluation to ensure your training is personalised to your level, then progress starts from there!
WHAT IF I HAVE ACHES AND PAINS?
On our walls, we have written movement is medicine. Many of our members come to us with injuries or life-related issues like joint niggles, back pain and post-baby core. We’re not physiotherapists, but the team is highly experienced in creating programmes that work with, and ultimately improve, a wide range of conditions.
WHAT HAPPENS AFTER THE 6 WEEK CHALLENGE?
It’s completely your choice. You can carry on as a fully-fledged member by choosing the membership option that works best for you or if you decide our gym isn’t for you we can part ways with no hard feelings.
We understand that for many of our members, exercise plays a huge part in your physical and mental well-being. And we believe that taking care of that right now has never been more important.
