Team training is where our community comes together to work their way through a conditioning workout.
You will work on your heart and lung health as well as increase your bone density, in these challenging but scalable workouts.
Monday and Wednesday will be higher intensity with our Friday session having more emphasis on mobility and flexibility

CLASSES
Build muscular strength without bulk and improve flexibility, postural alignment and balance. The benefits of Pilates are extensive and support anyone wanting to enjoy living an active lifestyle as much as runners, cyclists and other sports enthusiasts. Pilates is essential for promoting a healthy back and regular practice will help with injury prevention.
