What's up team 365,

In our April edition we are talking all things bootcamp, personal training, as well as a little studio update.

Bootcamps are finally here and we can't wait to get started on Tuesday with our first of the year. What perfect weather for it! We appreciate that we will get a real mixed group of fitness levels taking part in our bootcamps, so rest assured, whether you have been working out with us online or this is your first exercise class in months, we will do our best to cater to everyone and make it as fun and challenging as possible. Please make sure you have suitable trainers and a mat/towel with you, also can we ask that you please drive slowly into the car park as the tennis courts are in constant use and small children may be present when you arrive.

We are hosting our outdoor workouts at Hoe road, recreational ground in Bishop's Waltham with session timings as follows:

Tuesday 18:15-19:00

Thursday 18:15-19:00

Saturday 08:00- 08:45 09:00- 09:45

Bootcamp 365 is live and available to book on our website or on the teamup app.

We have a "brand new" personal trainer starting on April 12th!!!

Devon has now fully qualified as a personal trainer, meaning she is now available for 1:1 personal training.

Devon is specialising in woman's health and will continue to develop her knowledge over the coming months.

She is initially looking for five individuals to work with her that would like to get back into shape after lockdown or that feel they need a little extra guidance on their fitness journey. Devon is offering free taster sessions throughout the Easter break so give her a message to get yourself booked in.

Move - Nourish - Breathe

With the clocks changing and the evenings now lighter, its the perfect time to start adding exercise to your evenings, whether that's pottering in the garden, going for a walk or maybe a bike ride (and obviously joining bootcamp). This is a great way to not only get moving but to also kick out those bad evening habits that have crept in over winter.

The Wall of Fame...

We will be adding a Wall Of Fame to the upstairs studio. This wall will feature Polaroid images of our members to celebrate the achievements and successes they have had with us. If you hit a milestone, win the member of the month, join the 100 club (class attendance) and so on. In doing so you will be asked to join the wall of fame as we create a community of like minded individuals that use fitness as a part of their lifestyle. Member of the Month

Tim Nash

Congratulations to Tim who is our March member of the month.

Tim has been incredible over the last few months not only smashing the zoom workouts and turning up without fail but also having the task of reopening a school. Although Tim hates mountain climbers, he often likes to add his own burpees in, even without them being in the workout.

Congratulations Tim a £15 gift card is on its way.

Monthly Challenge

Our March challenge ends on the 12th April, so for everybody that has entered you have a couple more weeks to work hard in you classes and stay on track with your nutrition before the challenge is over. Remember why you started this and what goals you wanted to achieve. Are they sustainable? can you maintain this lifestyle? if you need to rethink your goals then please message us.

Aprils Challenge is a simple one. Bootcamp attendance. The person that takes part in the most bootcamp classes for this month will win a free personal training session with Devon as well as a £15 gift voucher for a local business of your choosing. The winner will be announced at our bootcamp on the 1st May.

Studio Update

The treatment room is almost finished!!!

We have continued the hard work, making sure the studio is going to look amazing for when everyone returns. Not only has the treatment room been completely transformed, but the shower room is also coming together, with Devon's new found tilling talent we are just a couple of weeks away from offering you the option to shower after your visit to the studio.
