Hope you are all well and enjoying your exercise. In this months newsletter, we will be revealing a new addition to the 365 Studio. A new monthly challenge, Tough Mudder London South and member of the month.






Our treatment room is opening


Please welcome Sonia to the team.


As you all know our treatment room has been ready for use since we opened after lockdown, however it has taken us a while to find the right person to join the team and take it on. As of the 8th of September Sonia will be offering 1 hour sports massage and consultations from our treatment room. She is level 4 sports massage trained as well as being a swim teacher and keen Triathlon enthusiast. Sonia will here every Wednesday and alternating Monday's and Friday's, starting from Wednesday 8th September. An introductory offer is available to all 365 members where you can get your first treatment 50% off. Below is a link to her Facebook page.




Free Personal training taster sessions!


Ed is offering free personal training taster sessions this month and ideally is looking for people with afternoon/evening availability. Ed is looking for individuals who have a specific goal to work towards i.e. and event or holiday or for people who simply want to brush up on their technique and do something that will compliment their classes. If you aren't sure what you want personal training for that is also fine, our free taster sessions will help you to discover your 'why' and ignite your fire for training.

Member of the Month


Chris Gasnier

Chris started Personal Training with Devon back in May and since then has absolutely smashed it. Chris has gone from having little experience in a gym to working out three times a week including a Saturday morning bootcamp. Not only has Chris consistently put his all in to each workout Devon throws at him, he has done so with excellent technique and with plenty of laughs. Chris is a joy to have as part of the 365Fitness community. Next up for Chris is the belly to ab tik tok dance (dont ask)

Monthly Challenge


Last months crucifix challenge unfortunately only has one winner as Ed took the top spot for the men just pipping James by 2seconds. A huge well done to Mel Jones who managed a whopping 1minute 58seconds hold. (wasn't even shaking might I add) We will be in touch to get you in for a free personal training session.


This months monthly challenge is a buddy referrals challenge.


We want to share our passion for fitness with as many of you as possible and this is why we encourage you to bring your friends along for a free workout. we have some different rewards on offer depending on how many referrals you receive throughout the month.


1 Buddy = free Coffee for the week

3 Buddies = 1 free personal training session

5 Buddies = 1 month free classes

10 Buddies = 1 month free personal training and classes


To refer a friend simply get them to enter your personal referral code which is on your profile on the 'GoTeamup' app at checkout.



365 Recipe Book


The recipe book ideas haven't quite flown in as hoped, so any ideas you guys have of providing support with your nutrition and what we can do to help will be great. We still want to produce a recipe book however we will revisit the idea later in the year. As always we are more than happy to offer accountability sessions and take your measurements each month just have a chat with us

before a class to organise a time.






365 Social


Thank you to everyone who joined us paddle boarding, we had a lovely day on the water chatting and paddling, we will definitely put another one on in the future.


As we know everyone is super busy through the summer holidays we won't be having a social in August....But, September we are doing Tough Mudder. If you are up for the challenge please let James know asap as spaces are filling fast. We already have 19 of you signed up and booked on, it would be great to get more. If you would like some tough mudder specific training to get you ready for the event give James or Ed a message to book in an additional session.
