Happy December! Ho Ho Ho!


We hope you are all getting prepared for the festive season. In Decembers newsletter we will touch on tips to stay in control of food and alcohol over Christmas, opening hours and the new monthly challenge.



No'60 Night Out




Firstly, thank you everyone that joined us at No'60, we had the best time celebrating our 1st Birthday with you all. We think we might have to have a birthday party every year.


We are truly greatful for everyone who has supported us and become part of the 365 community.














How to stay in control over Christmas!


Staying on track during the xmas period is hard for many reasons, so sticking to the basics will really help. Stay active... workout atleast three times in the week even if its just for 10 minutes. Get plenty of sleep and stay hydrated (with water not alcohol) Eat in moderation by planning your lunches, avoid buying snacks and sugary foods or limit your consumption of them! Plan ahead, if you know you are going to have a heavy evening of eating, maybe reduce your breakfast or skip the normal daily snacks. Most importantly, don't overthink it, have fun and enjoy your Christmas.

Decembers Challenge


THE TRIO OF DEATH!!!


10kcals on the Rower, ski erg and echo bike. You have 30 seconds to transistion between stations and its your total time across all three stations.


Member of the Month


Laura Nicholson-Howe


Laura is consistent 6am zoomer, always giving it her all. She has also been doing the 6 week challenge and 1:1's with Devon, showing masses of progress and power in every session. Keep up the hard work and thanks for always making Devon laugh.


Congratulations Laura, a £15 voucher is on its way!





Buddy referrals


Do you have any friends or family that would like to join you for a class but are afraid to take that first step alone?


Invite them to a class that you're attending and they can come along for free. Simply send us a message prior to the class so that we can make sure there is space for them to attend.



Feature weeks are back!


After a year away we have decided to reintroduce feature weeks to our schedule. On the third week of every month the music being played in our classes will have a particular theme. This will begin in the new year so we have plenty of time to get the playlists ready.



Xmas hours!


Please see our GoTeamup timetable for our xmas opening hours. We will be running a reduced timetable around xmas and things go back to normal on January 4th. If you have any questions please let us know.
