Hope you have all had a lovely bank holiday weekend. In this months newsletter, we will be updating you all on our full reopening of the studio.
This is the month we have all been waiting for...
As of the 17th May we will be opening fully for in person classes. Woohoooo! However, this doesn't mean bootcamp's or zoom are leaving. We will be continuing bootcamp's on Tuesday's, Thursday's and Saturday's and our Zooms will still be live at 6am with recordings available for monthly members via our on demand section of the app (TeamUp Members).
For a smooth class booking experience please make sure you have downloaded TeamUp Members from your app store. Once downloaded simply sign up with your email and you will have access to our timetable of classes where you can book straight onto class or purchase any sessions if required. This is where you can also view our On Demand offering, this is the home of all of our class recordings as well as shorter stretching and mobility clips to be added in the future.
If you have been nosey you may have noticed some different classes added to the timetable. Yoga with Natalie A will be starting back up as of the 19th May at 10:30am, the same as it was before lockdown, however Yoga with Natalie P on a Monday won't start back until 7th June.
We have a new member of the team, Sofie will be running Pilates on a Wednesday at 6pm and Barre/Pilates Classes on a Friday at 11am starting as of reopening week. Both classes will be suitable for all abilities. For those of you who are unsure what Barre classes involve, they are a combination of ballet, Pilates and dance, these classes are prefect to improve on core strength, flexibility and posture.
365 Runners club!
Devon will be starting a running club, this will run every Tuesday at 7am, this will involve a running specific warm up, multiple distance options, different routes each week and a cool down. This is really a chance to find your running feet, there will be no pressure on times or distances. If you have never really ran before, or started but can't get in the groove, coming along is the perfect way to build confidence, socialise (helps distract you from the running), find new routes and work on your cardio fitness.
Monthly challenge winner March
Rich has been personal training with James and working hard in his Spin classes from home and managed to loose 3 inches from his waist, a big contributor to this was a reduction in alcohol intake on school nights ;). Congratulations to everybody that took part in the challenge, hopefully this kickstarted some good habits going into summer.

Congratulations to Jill who is our April Monthly challenge winner.
Jill has not only been a regular on zoom but also attended every single bootcamp since they started back up. Jill is the master of star jumps which have now been renamed Jill Jumps!

Try something new!
This month isn't a challenge as such but more of an encouragement, with a few different classes been added we want you to push outside your comfort zone and try something new. Whether that's Yoga, running or Barre we want you to try it before you decide if you would enjoy it or not! Let us know what you think, we'd love your feedback on classes.
Out with the old and in with the new! We have now got new vests and t-shirts, you may have seen us wearing them at bootcamps. These are sport specific and vinyl printed meaning they will last longer and be better for working out in. The material is super soft and clings in all the right places. If you would like to purchase a 365 Team top please drop us a message with the size and whether you want a vest or t-shirt. Both are £20.
The treatment room is done and the shower is now working...kinda!
The treatment room is now finished and we are on the hunt for someone to occupy the space.
The shower now works and we are just doing the cosmetic work. By the time we open this should be up and running.
We are taking a short break
If you haven't already seen we will be taking a break from Monday 10th to Friday 14th May. There will be no bootcamps on the Tuesday or Thursday of that week but the Saturday will continue as usual. We will also have recommended workouts on the On Demand section in our App for you to follow.
