November Newsletter

Hello 365ers. We have just celebrated our 1st birthday and cant wait for our get together on the 6th November. This month is filled with social events monthly challenges, our first workshop and more.

1st birthday celebrations

On Saturday 6th November we are having a social get together at no.60 in Bishop's Waltham. Please let us know if you wish to attend the event as we need to keep an eye on numbers for the venue. A drink and some nibbles will be available and we cant wait for a night out with our wonderful members.

'Food for thought' Weight loss Workshop

Thursday November 4th 18:00 - 19:30

All three of our trainers will be hosting a workshop specifically aimed at achieving sustainable weight loss. We will be providing our expert guidance as we cover a range of topics and will be answering any questions you have at the end of the workshop.

This workshop will lead nicely into our first in house challenge which will begin on November 8th. More details below.

Fitness for lifestyle six week challenge

Our first in studio challenge will begin on Monday 8th November and will run through to Monday 21st December. We want to see who can achieve the highest percentage of weight and cms lost around the waist during the 6 weeks with huge prizes to be won worth over £250.

More details will be released at our workshop on November 4th so may sure you book a space to our evening event above, or speak to any of us in person at the studio to register your interest.

Monthly challenge winners and new challenge

Octobers challenge was on the ski erg and participants had 30seconds to cover as much distance as possible. There was a close fought battle between James and Ed which you will have seen on our social media stories and some great scores across the board from everyone that gave it a go.

Our female winners are Anna and Laura with a joint 139m.

Our male winner was Rich once again, a whopping 167m!

Novembers challenge takes us on to the Rowing machine where we have set the challenge of fastest time to cover 1000m this will test your aerobic fitness and will need some pre planning to make sure you get your fastest time possible.

Member of the Month

Fiona Campbell

Fiona has been training with James for the last couple of years and they have stuck together throughout lockdown and beyond. Fiona does personal training twice a week and rides her bike every night after work showing a huge level of commitment. Most importantly Fiona is a wonderful women that we love having with us at the studio, look out for her this Saturday as the dance moves start appearing with most 70's tracks :D

Buddy referrals

Do you have any friends or family that would like to join you for a class but are afraid to take that first step alone?

Invite them to a class that you're attending and they can come along for free. Simply send us a message prior to the class so that we can make sure there is space for them to attend.

Feature weeks are back!

After a year away we have decided to reintroduce feature weeks to our schedule. On the third week of every month the music being played in our classes will have a particular theme. This will begin in the new year so we have plenty of time to get the playlists ready.

Xmas hours!

Please see our GoTeamup timetable for our xmas opening hours. We will be running a reduced timetable around xmas and things go back to normal on January 4th. If you have any questions please let us know.
