Our new class timetable is live and you can view it on our app (Teamup members) or via our website. We are constantly adapting and improving to be able to deliver the best possible experience for you whenever you enter the studio. This is why we have revamped the timetable and added our newest workout Box! A teaser trailer for this class is below.
The best way to experience what we have to offer is by joining us for a 2 week trial where you can join unlimited classes in that period giving you plenty of time to find the best workout for you.

Please welcome Sonia to the team.
Sonia started with us last week and has had fantastic feedback already. Sonia will here every Wednesday and alternating Monday's and Friday's. She is able to work on any aches and pains and offer advice on how to treat injuries both in and outside of the gym, or if you are simply looking for a body MOT an hour with Sonia will be perfect.

Free Personal training taster sessions!
Ed is offering free personal training taster sessions this month and ideally is looking for people with afternoon/evening availability. Ed is looking for individuals who have a specific goal to work towards i.e. an event or holiday or for people who simply want to brush up on their technique and do something that will compliment their classes. If you aren't sure what you want personal training for that is also fine, our free taster sessions will help you to discover your 'why' and ignite your fire for training.

The name alone sounds like they should have their own tv show!:D
Kass and Bert first joined team365 by attending our bootcamps at Hoe Road and since then have been coming into the studio multiple times a week and we have seen fantastic progress from both of them they look great and have improved their overall fitness massively.
We are also extremely grateful for the supply of bread and cakes that make their way into the studio from time to time. We certainly appreciate it although its a sure way to make the trainers gain the pounds you guys are loosing ;)

Everyone loves a squat...
Through lockdown we did the wall sit challenge, we are now stepping it up. This months challenge is the Goblet Squat Hold. You will have to hold a goblet squat for as long as possible for the chance to win. There will be a male and female winner, females holding 8kg and males holding 12kg. Don't worry we will make sure there is plenty of time at the end of some classes to submit your entry.
Winners will receive a free PT with the trainer of there choice.
Do you need additional help with your food?
Everybody that does personal training with us gets bi weekly or monthly accountability sessions where we discuss your measurements, nutrition and goals set in the last month. We have great success with this as it provides a support network and clear strategy for you to reach your targets whatever they are.
We are opening these success chats to everybody that attends our classes. Book in with a trainer of your choice and accelerate your progress with personal support and guidance. Have a chat with us before a class to organise a time.
In just a couple of weeks time we will be taking part in the Tough Mudder London south event. We held a training session over the weekend for all that were taking part. This was a great chance for people to get to know each other and to get a taste of what challenges await them on the day. Pictures of the event will be uploaded onto next months Blog, so if you're interested for next years event then save the date in your diary.
We are fast approaching our 1st birthday! Our plan is to organise an evening Doo somehwere in the local area for us to all come together and celebrate what a great and challengeing first year we have had. Details for this will be posted on our facebook group in the coming weeks.
