FREQUENCY - Personal training multiple times a week would cost an arm and a leg, personal training within a small group gives you access to our coaches more frequently with a better quality of coaching, therefore yielding better longer lasting results.

FUN - It’s fun! Exercising alongside other like-minded people makes It much more enjoyable and does not feel like such a chore! Especially in our super friendly and non-intimidating gym environment.
