Plan your week ahead to stay on target


Finding time in a busy life…

We all feel like we are busy and have our own responsibilities and schedules on a day-to-day basis.


 There seems like there is an endless amount of things to get done, but I ask you to just STOP and ask yourself if you can find 20 minutes here or 10 minutes there to do something positive towards your health.


I haven’t met anyone that really doesn’t have 20-30 minutes in their day which could be repurposed towards their health. Believe me, your future self (and your family) will thank you for it!


It doesn’t have to be an hour-long workout getting sweaty!


A 10-minute kitchen workout whilst you cook dinner here or a 10-minute walk there can make all the difference.


Try parking the car further away from the office or shop.


 Set yourself an alarm to get up from your desk to move your body and keep an eye out for our desk workers mini workout!


Spending 30 minutes on a Sunday afternoon or evening planning your week ahead can ensure that you have time protected for these activities.


Book your gym sessions, plan your meals and go into a new week ready and raring to smash those goals.
