Hello, 365 team!

Were a few months into the new year already! Time is passing by extremely quickly and we want to know if you are still fully committed to achieving your health and fitness goals?

New Class timetable

Firstly thank you very much for your response to our latest questionnaire.

Our new timetable launched on the 28th February. We have added the following to the timetable:

- Increased class numbers to 16 where possible

- Added a new BUILD55 class

- Added a new BLAST class on Thursday nights

- New class times coming in the near future.

We hope the changes to the timetable give you even more flexibility when booking classes and we are constantly looking for new ways to improve your experience at 365Fitness, so if you have any suggestions please let us know.

Monthly challenge

5 Million steps in the month!

Did we hit our target?

In February we walked a whopping 5970031 steps

A fantastic total considering the stormy weather and dark evenings, naturally this total will increase in the summer as we head outside more often. Were so impressed that we managed to surpass our target.

This months challenge is going to be a team event on the ski erg. Max distance covered in 5 minutes. The resistance will be set to 8 and its up to you to plan your attack on the workout. The winning pair will receive a surprise gift

Social Walk

This years first walk will take place on Sunday 6th March at 10:00. Please let us know if you plan on joining us. Our walk will start and end at The Hampshire Bowman, dogs and kids welcome.

Member of the Month

Kev Kinghorn

There could only be one winner this month! For his fantastic effort on the feature week playlists and consistency with attendance at the 1800 classes it was a no brainer this month.

Well done Kev, a £15 voucher is on its way!

Podcast of the month

A new addition to the newsletter this month. My top podcast for the month is called The high performance podcast.

Jake and Damian reveal how we can all become high performers. Drawing on interviews with leading sportspeople and entrepreneurs, they uncover the nine hidden principles that drive high performers to success.

We bid farewell to Sonia

We want to say a huge thank you to Sonia for the past few months that she has been working alongside us, sadly she has decided to work closer to home. Her final day with us will be on Wednesday 2nd March.

Welcome Sarah to the team

Sarah Young will be joining the team as our new Sports massage therapist and will be available every Tuesday. Some of you will know Sarah from our 09:30 classes, so say hello and make sure you book a treatment with her. Treatments are bookable via the appointments section of the app.

We now have a range of sizes as well as more stock on all our other merch! Ask one of the team if you would like one.

Buddy referrals

Do you have any friends or family that would like to join you for a class but are afraid to take that first step alone?

Invite them to a class that you're attending and they can come along for free. Simply send us a message prior to the class so that we can make sure there is space for them to attend. If you refer a friend, let us know a we will give you £10 credit onto your account, this can be used for anything you want :D

March Feature Week

March's feature week is VS week! We will be putting two popular artists up against each other each day and its your decision as to who wins the battle. Expect to see Beyonce, Rhianna, Fat boy Slim and many more. We are looking forward to partying through the workout on the week of the 14th.


We want to share our passion for fitness with as many of you as possible and this is why we encourage you shout about us whenever you meet with friends or post to social media. A real boost for us is with facebook and google reviews. We politely ask if you can send us a review and let others know about your experience with 365Fitness.
