January has brought lots of new faces to the studio, so we just wanted to start by welcoming those to our 365 community. It's amazing having such full, fun classes in such a dull time of year.
How has January been?

How sustainable was your new years resolution, did you go in to the new year full steam to soon find out that it wouldn't actually fit into your lifestyle?
5 Million steps in the month!
This month we are setting a community challenge to walk 5 million steps throughout February.
At the end of each week we will ask you to post your weekly step count onto our facebook group and we will celebrate the people with the highest step count and most improved step count.
This challenge ties in perfectly with our next social get together on Sunday 6th March.
Our first social of 2022 we have decided to go on another walk, last years walk around Winchester hill was so much fun and a great way to get to know everyone a bit better.
This years walk will take place on Sunday 6th March. We will make an event on the social with more details, but in the meantime if any one has any walk suggestions around 1.5 - 2 hours long in the local area that would be great :D
Make sure you put it in your diary and we hope to see as many of you there as possible.
Devon is leaving!
To go to america for a week. Devon is jetting of for 1 week to see family over in the states, she is leaving on the 15th and will be back on the 23rd February. James will be left in charge of the studio and the cat! Please be kind to James and Ed over that week as they are taking on extra classes and may be a bit tired.
Member of the Month
Julie's commitment to the 6pm classes and constant banter has not gone unnoticed. Julie has been a regular 6pm goer since the start of 365, she never fails to put a smile on anyone's face with her sarcasm and micky taking. Julie's made masses of progress in the last year in both the technique of her movements and her burpees (we know you love them really).
Well done Julie, a £15 voucher is on its way!

Do you have any friends or family that would like to join you for a class but are afraid to take that first step alone?
Invite them to a class that you're attending and they can come along for free. Simply send us a message prior to the class so that we can make sure there is space for them to attend. If you refer a friend, let us know a we will give you £10 credit onto your account, this can be used for anything you want :D
February Feature Week
After the success of January's feature week including retro disco music and party lights, we will continue it into February. However we have had some help, Kev wasn't so keen on Devon's mixing and so has taken matters into his own hands. He has put us together a through the decades week finishing with a movies themed playlist. We are looking forward to partying through the workout on the week of the 14th.
We want to share our passion for fitness with as many of you as possible and this is why we encourage you shout about us whenever you meet with friends or post to social media. A real boost for us is with facebook and google reviews. We politely ask if you can send us a review and let others know about your experience with 365Fitness.
